Visitors now are able to learn more about “Hues of the Heart,” the Essex Street gateway community mural that city residents helped to create, by taking a cellphone tour that describes Haverhill’s latest landmark. Local residents proposed the themes, painted the mural, and raised funds to support the project. Created by nationally renowned muralist Meg Saligman of MLS Studios in Philadelphia and commissioned by Team Haverhill, the mural’s official dedication took place Friday.
