The School Board has approved new contracts for the town’s elementary school teachers and support staff after two years of negotiations. The two-year contracts for the Hollis Education Association and the Hollis Educational Support Staff Association, which represent workers at the town’s two elementary schools, will take effect on July 1. The pacts call for raises of about 2 percent the first year and about 2.5 percent the second year, as well as step increases based on time of service.
