The Fire Department has taken delivery of a new tank truck. The truck, cost $436,500, has a six-passenger cab and holds 3,000 gallons, a third more than the truck it replaces. In March, town voters approved spending $180,000 from the town's capital reserve fund on the truck. The remainder of the cost came from the ambulance account, donations collected by the Stratham Volunteer Fire Association, and an anonymous donor
