Dr. Leslie Sebba, medical director of Northeast Physician Hospital Organization, will provide an overview of health care reform from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. July 17 at the Bank Gloucester Community Room, 160 Main St. In the past, Sebba served as medical director at Tufts Health Plan and as chief medical officer at Anna Jaques Hospital in Newburyport.
