The local public library this summer is hosting a photography exhibit featuring the work of Northern Essex Community College students. The 75 pieces in the “Body of Light” collection were produced by students in the college’s Basic Photography and Beyond Basic Photography continuing education classes. The exhibit is being housed on the second floor of the library through Aug. 30. All photographs will be for sale, but will remain on display until the exhibit closes. The popularity of these noncredit photography classes has swelled, prompting Northern Essex to develop a new program for this fall. Classes are limited to 12 students.
