The Malden Redevelopment Authority is soliciting proposals from commercial property owners to provide space to house a teen center. The authority has issued the request for proposals on behalf of the city, which wants to lease property. Copies of the request for proposals are available from the authority’s office, located in room 621 at Malden Government Center. The deadline to submit is 10 a.m. July 13.
