Sunday marks a new chapter for North Andover Public Schools with new but familiar faces at the helm. Kevin Hutchinson officially takes over as the district’s superintendent, while Gregg T. Gilligan replaces Hutchinson as assistant superintendent. Hutchinson, who has served as assistant superintendent for the past five years, replaces Christopher Hottel, who retired after leading the school district for the past three years. Gilligan will take on the number two position after four years as principal of the Thomson Elementary School.
