The town is holding a ribbon-cutting for the completion of the Route 133 reconstruction project on Friday at Periwinkle’s restaurant, 74 Main St. The event will start with lunch at noon, followed by a ceremony at 2 p.m. at nearby Paglia Park, also on Main Street.
