Catlender is appointed Billerica Community Alliance director

The board of directors of the Billerica Community Alliance has named Caroline Catlender as the nonprofit organization’s new executive director. Catlender, who started in the position June 11, brings more than 15 years of management experience in human resources and marketing communications. A graduate of Boston University, the Billerica resident has previously worked for several well-known companies, including Target and Estee Lauder. The Billerica Community Alliance was formed by the merger of the Billerica Plan and the Billerica Chamber of Commerce. The organization strives to promote local businesses, act as a catalyst for community involvement, and support activities that foster education and enhance the quality of life in the community.
