The Malden Redevelopment Authority on Tuesday at 11 a.m. will hold a bid opening for submissions received from contractors for construction and site improvements at Linden Park and the Linden Victory Delta, a garden area. Proposed park improvements include playground repair, painted surfaces, a new infield, drainage work, and minor site and fencing repair. Linden Victory Delta improvements include new lights, pavement, and plantings. The authority’s office is in Room 621 at City Hall.
