School department headquarters has opened at its new location in City Hall. The move from the Little Harbour School was made to open up more room for classrooms at the elementary school. The City Council approved spending $600,000 to move the headquarters to the fourth floor of the Seybolt Building at the City Hall complex on Junkins Avenue.
