The Wilmington Chamber of Commerce is seeking sponsors and participants for its eighth annual half marathon and 5K run or walk on Sept. 23. Participants may choose either the half marathon (13.1 miles) or the 5K (3.1 miles). Preregistration fees vary from $10 for students 18 years or younger to $25, depending on the race distance. Proceeds will benefit scholarships for Wilmington High School students.
