In partnership with the American Red Cross, the second annual Lowell Spinners Blood Drive will take place from noon to 7 p.m. Aug. 2 at the Tsongas Center, 300 Martin Luther King Jr. Way. Eligible donors of all blood types are invited to take part. The first 300 donors will receive a pair of tickets to a Lowell Spinners  game, a pass to Six Flags New England, and a ticket to a Lowell Riverhawks hockey game.
