The two finalists for principal at the Winthrop Elementary School will be available to meet with faculty and community members from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at the school, 325 Bay Road, Hamilton. Christopher Heath, principal of the Goodyear Elementary School in Woburn, and Amy Pasquarello, the integrated media specialist at the Winthrop Elementary School, are the finalists chosen from the 40 applicants to replace former principal Carrie Vaich, who left to take a job at an elementary school in Lee, N.H. The finalists will be available for an open forum question-and-answer session, following which audience members will be asked to complete feedback forms. Hamilton-Wenham Regional School District Superintendent Mike Harvey said he anticipates announcing the principal selection by Friday.
