MOVING UP: Operation Bootstrap, an adult learning center, recently moved to a larger location on the second floor of the J.B. Blood Building in Lynn.

Edward Tirrell, executive director of the nonprofit, said the new space will allow it to serve more students and offer more courses in English for speakers of other languages, adult basic education, basic computer literacy, US citizenship, career exploration, and pathways to gainful employment.
