When you order “fresh whole fish” at I Pazzi in Danvers Square, the fish is likely to have been caught in Greece and air-freighted to Massachusetts. The Italian-Mediterranean restaurant gets wild boar from Texas, rabbit from California, venison from New Zealand, and bison from Canada, says chef-owner Irtan Bleta. It adds up to a quietly spectacular fine-dining spot.
