The 14th annual Jingle Bell Festival will start Wednesday, with a 5 p.m. tree lighting outside City Hall. Raffle tickets will be sold for decorated holiday trees that will be displayed in the City Council chamber from Wednesday to Sunday. On Saturday, a bus tour of Medford homes decorated for the holidays will depart City Hall at 4 p.m., with dinner to follow at City Hall. The cost is $50 per person. On Sunday the tour will depart at noon, followed by a dessert reception at City Hall. Tickets cost $25. A drawing for the holiday tree winners will be held at 3:30 p.m. Proceeds will benefit the Community Family’s Buddy Coholan Memory Loss Center on Washington Street.
