Community visioning report reset for Dec. 17

The Planning Board has rescheduled the Metropolitan Area Planning Council's presentation of a draft report on its community visioning study to Dec. 17. The study focuses on the Humphrey Street business section, the area near the commuter rail station, and the stretch of Burrill Street that connects them. The report includes feedback from previous forums and workshops, but public comment is still welcome. The presentation is scheduled for 6 p.m. in the main meeting room of the Swampscott Public Library, 61 Burrill St.
