Once again, Stoneham Theatre is teaming up with the Marine Corps to collect toys for less fortunate children in the Stoneham area. The theater is offering a $10 discount on a regular price ticket to “It's a Wonderful Life” for each new, unwrapped toy that is donated. “We're very excited to be working again with Toys for Tots,” Kelly Gaudet, special events coordinator and development associate for the theater, said in a written statement. ”Much like George Bailey, the main character in ‘It's a Wonderful Life,’ we feel that it's important for us to give back to our community.” Donations of new, unwrapped toys may be dropped off at the theater’s box office, 395 Main St., from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays through Friday.
