Town Manager Robin Crosbie is planning to give a presentation on her five-year capital plan at the Board of Selectmen’s meeting Monday. The plan, released on Dec. 3, was developed in collaboration with the Capital Planning Group, comprising town and school personnel charged with the maintenance and repair of the town’s facilities and infrastructure. “We’ve identified projects and prioritized them,” Crosbie said, citing as an example the four pillars that have fallen into disrepair at the front of Town Hall, two of which were repaired this year and the other two to be repaired next year. The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. in Town Hall, 25 Green St.
