Gloucester’s second annual Maritime Summit has been scheduled for Feb. 7 at Cruiseport Gloucester, 6 Rowe Square. Hosted by the city, Mayor Carolyn Kirk, and the Maritime Working Group Partnership, the event is geared to those involved in the maritime economy, particularly those interested in innovation and sustainability. Keynote speakers include John Warner, founder of the Warner Babcock Institute for Green Chemistry, and J.
