Town Manager Jeffrey Chelgren and John J. McGinn, Marblehead’s finance director, will offer a joint State of the Town presentation at a special meeting of the Board of Selectmen this Tuesday at 5 p.m. in the selectmen’s room at Town Hall. The annual report covers finances and other issues facing the town. Selectmen will then hold their first regular meeting of 2013 on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
