Selectmen award contract to repair Abbot Hall clock tower

At their last meeting, Marblehead selectmen awarded a $34,213 contract to McGinley Kalsow & Associates, Inc. of Somerville for the restoration of the Abbot Hall clock tower. In other matters, tree warden Doug Gordon informed the board that the town will pick up Christmas trees curbside until Friday. After that, residents can bring their trees to the town’s transfer station.
