The Essex County Youth Rugby Football Club is holding an open sign-up and informational meeting for all U-19 (15- to 18-year-olds) and U-15 (12- to 14-year-olds) Thursday night at 7 at the West Newbury Town Annex, 381 Main St.

The Essex Bulldogs are the defending 2012 U-19 Club Division Champions and are looking for new players. Athletes who love a fast-paced, action-packed sport may be interested in trying rugby. Coaches are experienced players who enjoy introducing and teaching rugby to children of all ages.
