A clinic to administer flu shots to residents of Melrose, Wakefield, and Reading will be held at Wakefield’s Town Hall from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday. The shots will be free for residents with eligible insurance, and $10 for anyone else, according to an announcement on the city of Melrose’s website. The shots are for people 18 and older only. Insurance from the following providers will be accepted: Tufts, Harvard Pilgrim, Blue Cross, Unicare Health New England, Fallon, Health New England, Neighborhood Health Plan, BMC Healthnet, MassHealth, and Medicare Part B. Wakefield Town Hall is at 1 Lafayette St.
