Nomination papers are available at the town clerk’s office at Town Hall for the April 30 town election. To be included on the ballot, a candidate must collect the signatures of 50 registered voters if running for townwide office and 10 registered voters from his or her precinct if running for a Town Meeting representative position. The deadline for picking up papers is March 8, and to return them, March 12. Among the positions on the ballot this year will be moderator, selectman (two), School Committee (two), Board of Assessors, library trustee, Board of Health, Planning Board, Housing Authority, constable (three), and 109 Town Meeting member seats. The last day to register to vote is April 10.
