The Planning Board will consider two proposals for new restaurants during a meeting this week. One plan, from Master Pie Inc., would reconstruct property at 775 Eastern Ave.  and convert it to a restaurant. The other request seeks a special permit for a restaurant at 358 and 360 Salem St. The Planning Board is set to meet at 7 p.m. on Wednesday at Malden Government Center.
