The developers of the Sea Spray Condominiums are seeking tax relief under a nearly two-year old incentive program. The program approved at Town Meeting in 2011 allows redeveloped properties previously destroyed by fire or acts of nature to be taxed at the rate of the destroyed property for up to five years. The Sea Spray Condominiums are being built on Ocean Boulevard at the former site of the Old Salt Restaurant, which was destroyed by fire in 1999.
