Memory preservation talk Wednesday

Methuen Village Assisted Living will hold a talk on memory preservation nutrition on Wednesday at 4 p.m. at the Amesbury Senior Center, 68 Elm St. The event is free and open to the public. Nancy Emerson Lombardo, a founder of the national Alzheimer’s Association and Alzheimer’s Disease International and an internationally recognized leader in interventions to meet the needs of diverse populations, will speak. She is also adjunct research assistant professor of neurology at Boston University School of Medicine where she is a faculty member of the BU Alzheimer’s Disease Center and recipient of an Alzheimer’s Association grant to study a combination of nutritional supplements.
