For most of his life, Bailey, a shy, rusty-brown Labrador mix, has traveled to find a place to call home, and a web of volunteers are working hard to help.

Excellent story! Well-written and researched. All those involved in Bailey's rescue and return are to be commended. I'm sure that adorable little pooch will have a forever home in no time.
Lovely that they found the dog - but is anyone else astonished like I am that we are importing strays from Puerto Rico - we don't have enough strays locally to manage without flying more of them here?
