Standing Room Only, the Unitarian Universalist Church of Wakefield’s annual concert program, is presenting “Rags to Riches,” a Valentine’s Day concert, on Feb. 14 at 7:30 p.m. at the church, 326 Main St. The concert will feature the Boston-area vocal group, New England Tenors, and Leigh Barrett, a local musical theater performer. The production will include songs about romantic love as well as about love of family, country, and life. Now in its fourth season, Standing Room Only is produced by Peter Stickel, a Wakefield resident and a member of the church who is founder and former executive director of the New England String Ensemble. Proceeds from the concerts help fund ongoing maintenance of the nearly 200-year-old Main Street church, one of the oldest buildings in town.
