The city has adopted a new in-vehicle parking meter system called EasyPark. The EasyPark device is an alternative to the city’s pay-and-display parking meters. The devices allows the user to pay online ahead of time, then place the EasyPark device on his or her vehicle’s dashboard to avoid visiting one of the city’s pay-and-display kiosks. The devices cost $19.95. They will replace the iPark system that will no longer be used after Feb. 1.
