Somerville planners will hold a public meeting Monday on the reconstruction of Beacon Street, according to an announcement from the city. The reconstruction plans include a “cycle track” for bicycles, which would reduce parking in the area by about 100 spaces. At a previous meeting in November, business owners objected to the loss of parking. Mayor Joseph Curtatone, Ward 2 Alderman Maryann Heuston, and staff from the city’s Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development  coordinated Monday’s meeting, the announcement said. It will take place at 6 p.m. at the Dr. Albert F. Argenziano School at 290 Washington St.
