Repairs have begun on a portion of the sea wall and parking lot at North Hampton State Park that were damaged by a storm last December. Work crews have repaired a 140-foot section of the sea wall composed of granite blocks that were knocked out of position by the storm. Some of the blocks weigh several tons. The work will not be complete until the spring when a portion of the sidewalk and parking lot is repaved. The project will cost about $50,000.
