Pedestrians crossing the new bridge over the Nashua River will be able to stop and enjoy the view. The city’s Board of Public Works has decided to add two pedestrian overlooks to the bridge that will be built as part of the new Broad Street Parkway. The overlooks are expected to add an additional $100,000 to the $8.1 million cost of the bridge. The parkway is expected to be built by the end of next year at a total cost of $68 million.
