The Board of Aldermen on Monday will hold a public hearing on a request from Lightower Fiber Networks of New York to install 1,500 feet of 4-inch diameter conduit, which is needed to run a fiber-optic cable from Stillman Road to a cell tower site off Cheever Avenue in Saugus. The hearing will be held at 8 p.m. in the aldermen’s chamber at City Hall.
