Andover health officials continue to offer vaccinations to protect residents against the seasonal flu. The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports that flu is widespread this season. Town officials would like to remind residents that the best protection against getting the illness is through vaccination, as well as cough and hand hygiene. Individual appointments for the flu shot can be scheduled with the public health nurse by calling the Health Division’s flu hot line at 978-623-8347.
