Reading Co-operative Bank has named Stoneham resident Terrence Bane one of its newest directors. Bane, co-owner of ColorWorks Paint Centers Inc. and ColorWorks Ace Paint & Hardware Inc., joins the board with more than 30 years of experience in small-business management, marketing, and sales. “Reading Co-operative Bank has a long and distinguished history as a well-managed and respected community bank. As a new member of the Board of Directors, I hope to use my experience as a business owner with multiple locations in surrounding communities to assist with planning, decision-making, and the continued growth and development of the Bank,” Bane said in a written statement. Bane has served as president on the Meadow Brook Golf Club board of directors and as a member of the Benjamin Moore & Co. National Retailer Advisory Board.
