Thirty-nine students from Rockport High School will compete in different categories at the Massachusetts Deca Career Development Conference, to be held in Boston on March 14-16. The students, who qualified by competing at the district level, will be entered into competitions in multiple marketing- and business-related categories. To defer its costs, Rockport High School Deca will host a fund-raising dinner on Monday, Feb. 11, at the Fish Shack in Dock Square from 5 to 7 p.m. The cost will be $8 per ticket for a spaghetti-and-meatballs dinner. For information or to purchase tickets call 978-546-1234 or e-mail slarsen@rpk12.org.
