Council on Aging thrift shop seeks donations

The Council on Aging’s Penny Mill thrift shop is seeking gently used men’s and women’s clothing (no shoes, or undergarments), small household items including plates, cups, and serving items (no electrical appliances), yarn, and costume jewelry. Donations may be left at the Senior Community Center, 68 Elm St., Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Friday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Donors who would like a donation slip for tax purposes should see Annmary Connor. During February, visitors to Penny Mill will receive a $3 coupon to be used toward any purchase.
