Instructor Katherine Bicer is scheduled to offer chair yoga at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Reading Public Library, 64 Middlesex Ave. Bicer will lead participants in gentle seated stretches and relaxation techniques, moving through poses that will ease sore muscles and release tension. The class will end with a short, guided meditation to encourage mental clarity. The program is being presented by LiveWires — Lifelong Learning in the Library.
