Town officials are reminding residents that dog license renewals are due Feb. 28. Notices were mailed Dec. 13. Residents may renew their dog’s registration at the town clerk’s office from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays. Renewals are also accepted by mail, as long as the required documentation and payment are submitted to the town clerk’s office, 36 Bartlet St., Andover, MA 01810. The fee is $14; for spayed or neutered dogs the fee is now $13 with proof from a veterinarian. All dogs must have proof of a current rabies vaccination.
