The Medford Public Library on Thursday will present “A Child’s Celebration of African Stories, Songs, and Percussion,” a special program for school vacation week. The event, which starts at 10 a.m., will feature Craig Harris, a music educator and percussionist who started “Drum Away the Blues,” a creative expression program. Admission is free.
