The recently completed Swampscott Downtown Vision and Action Plan is available on the town website (town.swampscott.ma.us). Conducted by the Metropolitan Area Planning Council, the study focused on the Burrill-Humphrey Street corridor, including the commuter rail station and Blaney Street.
