The Board of Appeals on Tuesday will hold a public hearing on a request to convert a two-family home at 489-491 Main St., into a three-family dwelling. Relief from parking and front- and side-yard set-back requirements is requested. The hearing will be held at 7 p.m. in Room 201 at City Hall.
