New Hampshire state Senate President Peter Bragdon, a Milford Republican, is leading the charge to eliminate the three toll booths in town. The toll plazas at exits 10, 11, and 12 on Route 3 were constructed 24 years ago, after the town accepted $50 million in road improvements to help promote industrial development.
