The Danvers Educational Enrichment Partnership, a nonprofit that supports the public schools in town, has selected Town Manager Wayne P. Marquis, Myrna S. Fearer, and Jack P. Kelley for induction into its Hall of Honor. The partnership annually bestows the awards to celebrate individuals who have made a difference in the Danvers public schools. Honorees are chosen each year in each of three categories: former educator, former student, and friend of the Danvers schools. Marquis, a member of the Danvers High School class of 1971, was chosen for the former student category, while Kelley was picked as a former educator, and Fearer the friend of the schools. The partnership is holding a ceremony and dinner to honor the three inductees on March 7 from 6-9 p.m. at Danversport Yacht Club. Seats are $35 each and are available through Monday via e-mail at mariadichiara@danvers.org, or by calling Maria DiChiara at 978-777-4539, ext. 2441, or Eileen Davarich, ext. 2431.
