Everett Community Television is offering residents a series of workshops this spring on television studio and field production. Those who complete the workshops, which are being held in March and April, will be certified to use the ECTV studios and gear. Each workshop is $10 and consists of two two-hour classes. The first session will be held Thursday and will focus on high-definition digital camera operation. Some of the other workshops will cover lighting, audio production, studio recording, and nonlinear editing. For more information, contact Ali Areskog at 617-394-2418 or by e-mail at alexandra.areskog@ci.everett.ma.us.
