The Lynnfield Health and Wellness Committee has scheduled a concussion education program for youths in grades 4 through 12, parents, coaches, and other community members on Wednesday. The interactive program will be presented by Boston University medical students through the Sports Legacy Institute Community Educators program. The middle school’s fifth-grade Destination Imagination Team, which has been conducting research on the subject, will provide statistics and talk about safety measures implemented by Lynnfield youth sports leagues and the schools. The free program will be held at the Lynnfield Middle School at 7 p.m.
