Friday is the last day to register to vote in the April 6 annual town election. Any resident who is not already registered, is a US citizen, and will be 18 years or older as of April 6 can register. The town clerk’s office will be open extra hours on Friday, until 8 p.m., to accommodate those seeking to register. Residents absent from the state from March 17-23 or those naturalized after March 23 can register late, until 4 p.m. on April 5. Voters at the election will fill 16 townwide seats and 48 Town Meeting seats. For more information, call the clerk’s office at 781-270-1660.
